WHAT WE DO
We are driven to see the body of Christ grow in the remote regions of Nepal.
We utilize partnerships. We equip pastors. We multiply churches.

Village pastors face many challenges working in rural Nepal.
The Problem:
Villages are unreached by the gospel. Many Nepali turn to witchdoctors and spirits for help.
The Solution:
We share Christ, recognizing that Nepali are far more effective in reaching their own people. Their understanding of the cultural and spiritual challenges villagers face makes them invaluable in this mission.
The Problem:
High unemployment rates and financial difficulties are common in many villages, placing significant strain on families and churches.
The Solution:
We provide financial support to village pastors and create micro-business opportunities that offer jobs. Pastors also have the option to be involved in these businesses, moving the church toward greater self-sufficiency.
The Solution:
We offer comprehensive Bible training, seminars, and retreats throughout the year for our pastors. When needed, we provide business training to support their leadership roles.
The Problem:
Village pastors often lack access to essential Biblical and leadership training, which hampers their ability to effectively lead their congregations.
The Problem:
Isolation is a significant challenge for many village pastors, making it difficult for them to thrive and grow in their ministries.
The Solution:
By joining our network of pastors across Nepal, our partners and team members can connect and collaborate with others, fostering a strong sense of community. Our staff also maintain close relationships with each pastor, providing ongoing support and encouragement.
Our Model
Our pastors work through five crucial steps to ensure they are equipped, empowered, and connected throughout their ministry journey.
Step 1: Recruit & Partner
Step 2: Equip & Care
Step 3: Plant & Multiply
Step 4: Sustain & Empower
Step 5: Share
STEP ONE
Recruit & Partner
We network across Nepal to identify faithful pastors and emerging leaders, building relationships through village evangelism trips and trainings in churches, bases, and youth gatherings. We welcome some as ministry partners and others to our JFN church-planting team. In turn, pastors commit to shared values, accountability, annual evaluations, and reproducing their churches.
STEP TWO
Equip & Care
Our staff walk closely with every pastor. We visit in villages, stay connected by regular calls, and facilitate peer-to-peer discipleship groups. Each year, pastors gather for a retreat of fellowship and training. Ongoing Biblical courses and targeted JFN workshops address real needs as they arise—no one serves in isolation.
STEP THREE
Plant & Multiply
Pastors establish gospel-centered fellowships and raise up leaders who plant in new villages. We maintain close communication, gathering prayer needs, photos, and ministry data to stay informed and to share stories and needs with the wider church—so support flows where it’s most needed and momentum multiplies.
STEP FOUR
Sustain & Empower
We provide monthly gifts to help pastors care for their families and ministries, while launching micro-businesses that move churches toward long-term self-sufficiency. Stewardship and local enterprise strengthen families, fund outreach, and keep ministry rooted in the community.

Meet a Church Planter
Kanchhi is a female church planter currently serving the Lord with her brother Maniraj. When she was 14 years old her father got into an accident. The hard times that followed caused her mother to leave the family, filling Kanchhi with bitterness.
In 2010, she heard the gospel for the first time and slowly, she began to heal from the bitterness and anger. However, when Kanchhi accepted Christ, her entire family—and even her village—turned against her. Despite the rejection, she remained steadfast in her faith and grew stronger in the Lord.
God answered her prayers. Today, all of her family members, along with the people from her village, have accepted Christ as their personal Savior. Now, God continues to use Kanchhi in Nepal to reach the lost and bring them to salvation.
